1. About Forrentech

Forrentech provides software development, web development, mobile application development, SaaS development, AI solutions, automation, technical consulting, audits, maintenance, support, and related digital services.

2. Use of Website

Any work not clearly included in the agreed scope will be considered out-of-scope and may require additional charges.

4. Proposals and Scope of Work

Forrentech will perform work according to the agreed scope.

The client is responsible for reviewing the scope carefully before approving a proposal, invoice, or project.

Any additional features, changes, revisions, integrations, redesigns, or new requirements requested after approval may affect the timeline and cost.

Forrentech is not responsible for delivering features or services that were not included in the agreed scope.

5. Payments

Clients agree to pay all invoices, advance payments, milestone payments, retainers, deposits, or service fees according to the agreed payment terms.

Forrentech may pause, delay, or stop work if payment is delayed, incomplete, disputed without valid reason, or not received according to the agreed schedule.

All payment gateway charges, bank fees, taxes, currency conversion charges, transfer fees, and third-party charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Late Payments

If payment is delayed, Forrentech may pause work, withhold delivery, restrict access, or delay future milestones until outstanding payments are cleared.

Project timelines may be extended if work is paused due to late payment.

Forrentech is not responsible for any delay, loss, or disruption caused by non-payment or late payment by the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely information, content, feedback, approvals, credentials, access, assets, and cooperation required for the project.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided information, materials, data, images, text, branding, and content are accurate, lawful, and owned or properly licensed by the client.

Forrentech is not responsible for delays, errors, additional costs, or incomplete delivery caused by missing information, delayed responses, inaccurate requirements, or lack of access from the client.

8. Project Timelines

Forrentech will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. However, timelines are estimates unless specifically agreed as fixed deadlines in writing.

Timelines may change due to:

  • check-iconThird-party dependencies

9. Revisions and Change Requests

Reasonable revisions may be included where specifically agreed.

Any additional changes, new features, major redesigns, modifications, integrations, or work outside the original scope may require additional cost and timeline.

Forrentech will communicate the impact of major changes before starting additional work.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final paid deliverables will transfer to the client after full payment has been received.

Forrentech retains ownership of:

  • check-iconPre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, methods, and internal processes
  • check-iconReusable code components developed independently
  • check-iconGeneral know-how, experience, and technical knowledge
  • check-iconConcepts or materials not fully paid for
  • check-iconInternal systems, processes, and reusable assets
  • check-iconThe client must not claim ownership of unpaid work, rejected concepts, or Forrentech’s pre-existing intellectual property.

11. Use of Open Source and Third-Party Components

Projects may include open-source libraries, frameworks, third-party APIs, plugins, themes, cloud services, or other external components.

Such components are subject to their own licenses, terms, limitations, and restrictions.

The client is responsible for complying with third-party terms where applicable.

Forrentech is not responsible for future changes, pricing, restrictions, bugs, vulnerabilities, or service disruptions caused by third-party tools or providers.

12. Portfolio Rights

Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing, Forrentech may mention the client’s name, logo, project description, screenshots, general results, or non-sensitive project details in its portfolio, proposals, case studies, website, social media, or marketing materials.

Forrentech will not publicly share private credentials, confidential data, sensitive business information, or trade secrets.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

Confidential information may include:

14. Data and Security

However, no system, software, server, website, or application can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The client is responsible for maintaining secure credentials, account access, backups, hosting accounts, administrative permissions, and internal security practices unless Forrentech is specifically contracted to manage them.

The client should change or revoke access after project completion where appropriate.

15. Backups

Unless specifically agreed in writing, the client is responsible for maintaining backups of websites, applications, databases, files, credentials, and business data.

Forrentech is not responsible for data loss caused by hosting issues, third-party platforms, unauthorized access, client-side changes, expired services, or lack of backups unless backup management is part of the agreed service.

16. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, APIs, cloud platforms, payment gateways, plugins, themes, analytics tools, email services, AI tools, external software, or third-party contractors.

Forrentech is not responsible for:

17. Warranties and Disclaimers

Forrentech provides services with reasonable skill, care, and professional effort.

However, Forrentech does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

Either party may terminate a project or service arrangement according to the agreed terms.

If a project is cancelled, the client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, work in progress, allocated resources, third-party costs, and any non-cancellable commitments made before cancellation.

Forrentech may terminate or pause services if the client:

20. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Forrentech’s Return / Refund Policy.

Because Forrentech provides custom digital services, payments for work already started, completed, delivered, or allocated are generally non-refundable.

21. Service Delivery

Service delivery is handled according to Forrentech’s Shipping / Service Delivery Policy.

Most deliverables are digital and are provided electronically through agreed communication and delivery channels.

22. Force Majeure

Forrentech will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
